Why is it racist for there to be a college fund for white people, but the UNCF isn't?

intruder said exactly what I was about to say. There is NO COLLEGE in America that is ALL BLACK. None. You have "Historically Black" colleges but there are not all black. Also these college funds and free money are to encourage more blacks to go to college. Whites make up the majority in college so the free money is used to encourage minorities.
