Does making teams wear strange uniforms mess up their performance?

Wouldn't be surprised if one or two players per team were negatively impacted in some way. In the early days of free agency, there were one or two players who included uniforms in their listed reasons for their signings, so it does matter now and then. Bigotry might also play a factor, but unlikely. I guess my answer is, "A little, perhaps."...
