Need a recipe for Cajetas de Coco but the dark ones with ginger?

I believe they are called cajetas de coco ***** been looking for months, found a picture but no recipe- also I think the ingredients are coconut, sugar, tamarind, flour but don't know the portions. I only know this because i keep finding blogs of people showing natives preparing it, but not listing a recipe.
